Submission procedure
1. Prepare your abstract
Prepare your abstract in .doc or .docx format. See the abstract template [Word].
To be considered for presentation your abstract must include:
- Title
A descriptive presentation title of up to fifteen words, using upper and lower text (not only upper case) - Authors/Workshop Convenors
The names, professions, organisations, suburbs, states and email addresses (optional) for each author/workshop convenor. Indicate the presenting author/workshop chair in bold. - Abstract
An abstract of 250 words. Workshop proposal abstracts should give an overview of the workshop topic and key points for discussion, objectives and goals of the workshop.
2. Submit your abstract
Enter your contact details and abstract at the Online Portal. You can enter multiple abstracts.
You will be asked to provide:
- Name and address of corresponding author
- Preferred presentation type
- Name/s of author/s
- Affiliation/s of author/s
- Abstract title
- Abstract (250 words)
- Any specific audiovisual requirements
- Short biography of presenter (100 words)
3. Upload your abstract
At the end of the registration process you will be asked to upload your document.
