Presentation formats

We invite you to submit abstracts for the following formats. While you will be asked to indicate your preferred presentation format, the program committee may request an alternative format be considered.

Oral presentations

It is anticipated that oral presentations will be allocated 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.


Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference. Each poster will be allocated a panel and the poster must not exceed AO portrait size. Presenters will be allocated 1 minute in the conference program to present their poster, and will be asked to attend their poster at designated times throughout the conference.

Please follow the guidelines for poster presentations.


Individuals or research groups are invited to submit proposals for half-day (3 to 4 hours) workshops to be held on the 27th and 28th June.
